Google reviews and ratings
We display selected genuine Google review excerpts with their source and available dates. Local-page selections highlight five-star experiences and are not the business’s overall rating. Where an overall rating or review count is shown, it is a dated snapshot, not a live guarantee. Use the linked Google business profile to see the current rating and broader review history.
Reviews describe individual experiences; they do not promise that every future job will have the same outcome or attendance time. We welcome honest feedback, including criticism. Our policy is not to buy reviews, reward positive ratings, fabricate experiences or ask only satisfied customers to provide a public review. We will report inappropriate content through the platform’s process where appropriate, without claiming we can remove a genuine critical review.
Business, location and qualification claims
Company registration is not a trade accreditation or Google endorsement. Our “Add us as a preferred source” button invites your personal choice in Google’s source-preferences tool; it is not a Google endorsement, certification or Google Verified badge. Availability and display in Google are controlled by Google. Location pages provide local information and a route to enquire; they are not claims of a separate staffed office or permanently stationed plumber in each area. Any stated insurance or qualification must relate to the business or person performing the work; ask us to confirm the cover and relevant registration for your job.
Images and written guides
Some service illustrations, local scenes and van artwork are editorial or generated images, identified as illustrative where used. They are not proof that a particular engineer, vehicle, building or completed job was photographed. Property guides and FAQs provide general information; actual faults, access and prices must be assessed for the individual property. Source links support factual guidance and do not imply endorsement by that source.
